Mumbai Horror Metal band ALBATROSS will release a 4-song EP called "The Kissing Flies" in next year as a split album along with US Occult Heavy Metal band VESTAL CLARET.
"Like our previous EP "Dinner is You", it mixes horror with Old School Meavy as fuck Metal haha. "The Kissing Flies" are actual bugs which suck blood from the meaty part of your face like lips and eyes. Producing this album is none other than the legendary Niklas Stalvind himself and he's also going to be singing a song on the album. Murari Vasudevan from Indian band RAT KING is also doing some twisted stuff on the album." ALBATROSS bass player Riju Dasgupta said.
The EP will feature two guest spots: Murali Vasudevan from Chennai Experimental act RAT KING features on ‘Wither’, and album producer and frontman of Swedish Metal act WOLF Niklas ‘Viper’ Stålvind makes an appearance on ‘Uncle Sunny at the Tavern’.
