NEW RISING SON - The band of Charles Manson's son signs to Deadlight Entertainment

California based act NEW RISING SON has inked a deal with french label Deadlight Entertainment (UNDERCOVER SLUT, LOS DISIDENTES DEL SUCIO MOTEL, PRIMAL AGE).

NEW RISING SON is the band of Matthew Roberts, legitimate son of Charles Manson which disciples killed people during the summer of 1969, including movie maker Roman Polanski's pregnant wife Sharon Tate. Adopted  when he was a kid , Matthew Roberts who bears a blowing ressemblance to his father discovered at almost 30 years old by meeting his mother that Charles Manson was his father.

The album  called "Honey"  will be released on january on Deadlight Entertainment  and is available for preorder on the label's e-shop at the following adress http://www.deadlight.bigcartel.com/ .

NECROMASS Presentano il nuovo batterista

Dopo una lunga serie di selezioni, la storica Black Metal Band NECROMASS è lieta di annunciare l’entrata in pianta stabile  di “Charun” a sostituzione del  precedente batterista Black Wizard (a.k.a Stefano Bonini, ora nei Domine). Il nuovo batterista, ex Unsung e Raw-visions, è stato descritto come un concentrato di potenza, cattiveria e velocità.
La band, forte di questa nuova formazione, è pronta per un’inedita produzione discografica, prevista per la primavera del 2012, con relativo tour promozionale.
I NECROMASS reduci dall’esibizione in veste di co-headliner durante il ROCK HARD FESTIVAL ITALIA 2011, sanciranno definitivamente il loro ritorno sulle scene, presentando la nuova line-up Sabato 10 Dicembre 2011, presso l’Exenzia Rock Club in via Ettore Sambo  10, nella zona industriale di Maliseti a Prato, per una data esclusiva.

BlackBrew Release Cover Art to follow up album & "WAR" single

Southern California's heavy metal juggernaut, BlackBrew, has released their new single "War" on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 6:30PM PST on Orange County's Metal Head Radio -http://www.metalheadradio.com/. War is the highly anticipated followup to their 2010 debut,BlackBrew. War is the first single off of BlackBrew's sophmore effort, WAR. BlackBrew has hired legendary heavy metal producer, Bill Metoyer, (SLAYER, Fates Warning, C.O.C., Flotsam and Jetsam and W.A.S.P.) to record, mix, master and produce their second album. BlackBrew's new single, War, is available for digital download, by all major internet distributors. BlackBrew's second album, WAR, is currently scheduled for a 2012 release.  

 

The cover art for WAR was created by Toni Justamante, an RPG series artist who has worked on the video games Warhammer 10k - Deathwatch and Haven; and also worked on the LOTR Trading Card games.

BlackBrew is influenced by bands such as Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains, Pantera and Black Label Society. BlackBrew consists of vocal powerhouse Kurt Loun; the double guitar threat of Rocco Cretacci and Daryl Hernandez; and the rock solid rhythm section of John Guy on bass and Michael Ikona on the drums. All Access Magazine's editor/writer, Rob Swick, best describes BlackBrew's music as "Molten Audio Stew"!

The new album “Rock’n'Roll Circus” could best be described as a reflective but modern influenced crossover between the roots of late 80s and early 90s melodic rock. Think Bon Jovi with a Nickelback kick, infused with his own signature, a powerfully stomping rhythm guitar section, addictive keyboards and catchy melody lines sung by lead vocalist, guitarist and RockDoc Rob Mancini.

The album was recorded at Robs GMG Studio One in Ireland, featuring 13 tracks including a cover version of Kate Bush’s “Running up that hill” and was mastered by Harry Hess at Vespa Music Group Canada. Tour dates are in planning for 2012.
After almost a decade of recording abstinence, touring the Irish Club scene, Irelands German-Italian born rock musician and producer, Rob Mancini is back on track with the smash hit, “Edge of a broken heart” and the powerful ballad “Every time you Cry” from his new album “Rock’n'Roll Circus“.
Rob played extensively on the international rock circuit in the mid 90s with “Hotwire” & “Crush“, recording several albums and sharing the stage with artists such as Victory, Thunderhead, Dare, etc. before moving to Ireland in 2001 to work as studio and session musician.

The underground is something very big and you know that we’re not exaggerating. There is a dense network of mini distributions, zines and much more that have survived for 20 years regardless of trends and various crises. Just try to count the number of bands that every day produce a demo, so you have an idea what we’re talking about…

In recent times, as for all good things, Brutal Crush has become bigger and better, and we’ve been contacted by a growing number of underground bands, Italian and foreign ones, asking us a support. Actually we have not taken immediately any launch into this stuff, but first we wanted to study something that would make a real difference. And we’ve got this idea: to distribute digitally and freely the self-produced demos and discs that the bands are sending us, selected by our Brutal Crush Staff.

Here’s what to do… It’s easy, you just need to send to our address (brutalcrush@live.com) an email with: band name, genre, title, or album cover of the demo, the download link, MySpace address and a statement which grant us the permission for free distribution of digital product. Once received, the material will be heard and selected, after which the distribution will be published online, all for FREE!
